Digital Websites Projects Manager (m/f/d)

We are seeking a Digital Website Projects Manager (m/f/d) to support our global team in handling website- related business requests , change requests , and bug fixes. This role will act as a bridge between business stakeholders , developers , designers , and QA teams to ensure smooth execution of website updates and enhancements . The ideal candidate is experienced in website management , project coordination , and stakeholder communication , with a strong understanding of CMS platforms , web development processes , and issue tracking tools .

Your tasks & responsibilities :

• Act as point of contact for website-related, technical requests from global business teams, within our global websites operations team
• Serve as the liaison between global business teams , developers , and external vendors
• Review, prioritize and execute requests , feature enhancements , issues and content updates in the CMS
• Review and prioritize change requests (CRs), feature enhancements , and content updates within Backlogs and align within our websites operations team
• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements for developers and designers
• Maintain and update the backlog using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Monday.com)
• Maintain and update product pages , forms , and other content elements within the CMS
• Identify , document , and track website bugs and issues reported by stakeholders
• Collaborate with developers and QA teams to test , validate , and resolve bugs

Your profile & skills :

• Several years of experience in website project management, digital operations, or a similar role
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent stakeholder communication and ability to manage competing business needs
• Experience coordinating with remote and global teams across different time zones
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with Web CMS platforms (e.g., FirstSpirt, Sitecore, Adobe, Drupal or similar)
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Monday.com)
• Understanding basic web development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
• Fluent English and German, written and spoken
