Role

Note: This description covers the responsibilities and requirements for the role described. The position focuses on onboarding, growing, and ensuring the success and satisfaction of Deel IT customers, with emphasis on improving retention and contributing to overall revenue targets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture client relationships within your book of business with a long-term mindset.
  • Onboard Deel IT customers successfully and partner for long-term growth.
  • Provide tailored support, onboarding guidance, and training to ensure customers are set up for success from day one.
  • Act as a trusted partner, delivering white-glove service and understanding customers' current and future business needs.
  • Advocate for the customer to help Deel IT understand how to improve and deliver excellence, and proactively manage projects as needed.
  • Identify opportunities to expand and grow Deel's offering within the client.
  • Develop an owner mindset by learning Deel’s broader product offerings to support accounts across the Deel IT journey, with support from Customer Service and Operations teams.

Qualifications

  • At least 2+ years of experience in a customer or client success role with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills; additional languages (Spanish, German, Portuguese, French, or Italian) are preferred.
  • Experience managing a complex B2B SaaS product and quickly becoming a product expert.
  • Creative problem-solving approach and drive to tackle challenges with available tools.
  • Bonus: Previous experience in MDM, Endpoint security, or SaaS for IT teams.
