• You are responsible for the development and operation of highly available SQL Server databases in challenging projects.
• The support of database systems of various sizes, especially Always On Availability Groups and Failover Clusters, is in your hands.
• You ensure smooth operation through migrations, patch management, monitoring, and tuning.
• You are passionate about designing and implementing backup, recovery, and security strategies to reliably protect the databases.
• You work with the latest products and services in the Microsoft database environment and continuously expand your knowledge in this area.
• You evaluate technology trends and play a key role in shaping our technological future.
• On-call duties are an indispensable part of your responsible job - they are an additional challenge that we value and reward.

Skills

• You are no longer a newcomer, but have a degree or training with a focus on computer science.
• You have several years of professional experience in system administration in the Windows environment.
• You have already managed SQL Server databases and ideally already have practical know-how in setting up Always On Failover Clusters and Availability Groups.
• You also have secure PowerShell scripting skills.
• Responsibility and quality are not empty phrases for you - but firm principles.
• You are solution-oriented, reliable, and enjoy working in a team.
