We’re now rolling out our robotic kitchen systems across Germany starting this summer — and we’re doing it together with some of the country’s most established partners in the retail and food sectors. To make this happen, we’re looking for hands-on Deployment / Operations Managers to lead local execution and customer site launches.

About The Role
As a Deployment / Operations Manager (f/m/d), you will take ownership of launching our systems at customer locations in your region. You’ll be responsible for coordinating site readiness, managing on-the-ground setup, and ensuring a smooth start of operations. This role is key to delivering operational excellence, working hand-in-hand with customers, field technicians, and internal teams.

You’ll be the go-to person on-site — solving problems, creating clarity, and ensuring every rollout is on-time, on-spec, and successful.

Your Daily Business

1. Own and manage deployments of Circus systems at customer locations — from pre-installation planning through go-live.
2. Coordinate all site activities including logistics, delivery, installation, testing, and onboarding.
3. Collaborate closely with the Head of Operations and central project teams to execute according to plan.
4. Ensure excellent communication and alignment with customer site teams and stakeholders.
5. Troubleshoot operational issues and escalate cross-functional feedback to tech and product teams.
6. Track and report on key rollout metrics, such as installation time, service quality, and system performance.
7. Help develop and refine best practices and SOPs for rollout processes.
8. Represent Circus professionally and solutions-oriented on the ground.
9. Travel occasionally between customer locations in your region (travel mostly local).

Base Qualifications

1. 3–5 years of experience in field operations, deployment, or technical project execution.
2. Hands-on mindset and experience in fast-paced environments (e.g. food service, retail ops, logistics, or tech rollouts).
3. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication skills in German (native/fluent) and good command of English.
5. Tech-savvy — able to quickly understand how systems work and how to troubleshoot them.
6. Comfortable working independently and managing external partners or technicians on-site.
7. Based in or near Munich.
