        In the Role

Anton is looking for a design engineer to join the product team. Our product brings together many moving parts — product development, engineering, AI, curriculum, learning services, and more. The role of design is to bring all of this together into a clear user experience. That’s why strong systems thinking is key for this role.

You’d be the first Design Engineer here — we’re excited to combine design and engineering to build better and move faster. We expect you to design, prototype, polish, and ship — often together with product, design, and engineering partners, but sometimes fully independently.

As one of the few designers at TripleTen, you’ll have a big influence on both the product and the culture. If you like building things, figuring stuff out as you go, and aren’t scared of a bit of chaos, you’ll fit right in. We really value folks who’ve thrived in startups or other fast-moving environments.

        What you’ll do

            - Ship high-quality, production-ready UI that nails the details — from typography and color to motion and microinteractions.

            - Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to deliver high-impact features and close gaps.

            - Own the UX and polish, raising the quality bar across the product. Make learning feel human and playful.

            - Help us keep things consistent as we grow across products, platforms, and markets. Find simple, clever solutions that work everywhere.

            - Maintain and scale our design system across all surfaces.

            - Lead proof-of-concept work for new ideas and experiences.

        What you must have

            - High agency and a builder mindset. You have several years of experience and able to see a project through every stage of the process. You act without being told and genuinely care about the outcome of your work.

            - Sharp taste and product design expertise. You have a strong sense of motion and interaction, you sweat the details and can create UI that’s both lovable and practical.

            - Frontend engineering skills. You can prototype, polish, and ship — and also help other designers become more technical.

            - The ability to balance craft, speed, and the bottom line. You’re comfortable moving fast and know how to pick what’s most important when there’s a lot going on.

            - A growth mindset. Our mission is to help students adapt to a constantly changing world — and we start with ourselves. You quickly pick up new tools and skills, always looking for ways to future-proof your craft.

            - Excellent communication and writing skills. You bring low ego, a “strong beliefs, loosely held” attitude, and an ability to listen and learn. You’re comfortable working cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, researchers, data analysts, and design peers.

        Preferred expertise

            - Experience building AI tools with strong intuition around prompting, evals, models, and AI UX. This is especially valuable as AI becomes a core part of our product and workflow.

            - An analytical mindset and the ability to draw insights from qualitative and quantitative data. Bonus points if you’re familiar with PostHog or any other user analytics platform!

            - Full-stack expertise. While your main focus will be on frontend, we value a generalist mindset and the ability to ship across the stack.

        What we can offer you

            - Full-time remote work

            - Competitive salary — €5000–€6000, depending on experience and skills.

            - Growth and creative freedom in a fast-growing product. You’d have to try hard to get bored.

            - Real impact and “changing people’s lives” as a product promise — not an empty corporate motto.

            - Diverse and tight-knit team spread out across Europe, the US, and more.

            - Flexible schedule and a comfortable digital office. Notion, Slack, FigJam, Google Meet, and all other digital tools needed to be successful.
