What You’ll Do

• Provide end‑user support for Windows 7–10, Active Directory, GPOs, Office 365, hardware troubleshooting, antivirus solutions, and helpdesk ticketing systems; manage mobile devices (iOS/Android) and ensure device security through enterprise encryption.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently using strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; manage Windows devices via Active Directory and meet service expectations through effective multitasking and SLA adherence.
• Deliver excellent internal customer service through clear communication and relationship‑building; remain adaptable in a dynamic IT environment and be available for off‑hours or weekend support when needed.

Requirements

• Fluent in German and English with a valid working permit for a full‑time job in Germany. Preferably German or PR citizen.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), Office 365, and basic networking concepts including TCP/IP and VPN.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure and Intune for modern device and identity management.
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently, with strong problem‑solving capabilities.
• Excellent multitasking, time‑management, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering high‑quality customer service and meeting deadlines.
