As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in building and maintaining reliable, scalable, and secure infrastructure that powers innovative automation solutions. This role requires a balance of technical expertise and collaboration, as you will partner with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance performance. You will design CI/CD pipelines, implement Infrastructure as Code, and strengthen monitoring systems to ensure proactive issue resolution. With a strong focus on automation and efficiency, you will contribute to creating a resilient environment that supports continuous growth and innovation.

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will:

• Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to enable frequent and reliable automated releases.
• Drive adoption of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Establish and refine monitoring, logging, and alerting systems for full observability into performance and security.
• Automate routine operational tasks, reducing manual overhead and boosting efficiency.
• Support production environments, conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventative measures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high availability, scalability, and security of systems.

Requirements

We are looking for professionals who bring:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Systems Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a DevOps or Cloud Engineer.
• Proven expertise with IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Strong knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration frameworks (Kubernetes, ECS).
• Proficiency in scripting/automation with Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Solid understanding of cloud security best practices and IAM.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to influence technical direction.
• Preferred: experience with observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana), multi-cloud platforms (Azure, GCP), or relevant certifications.
