Digital Artist - Motion Design & Editing (d/f/m)

Overview

Jung von Matt HAVEL is looking for a Digital Artist - Motion Design & Editing (d/f/m). We’re looking for a Mid-Level Digital Artist with strong skills in motion design and editing to join our in-house creative production team. You’ll work on a wide variety of content — from format adaptations and social edits to concept films and full productions — helping bring ideas to life with visual energy and storytelling clarity. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in motion and editing who’s also eager to grow into 3D, animation, and AI-assisted workflows.

Your tasks

• Design and animate motion graphics for a range of content: social, internal, and commercial
• Edit videos using provided assets, tailoring pacing and structure to the purpose of the piece
• Work on concept films, pitch materials, and visual explorations
• Adapt content into different formats, aspect ratios, and languages
• Collaborate with creative leads, producers, and designers
• Stay curious about emerging tools and trends — especially around 3D and AI

What you score with

• 3–5 years of experience in motion design and video editing
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro (or equivalent tools)
• A good sense of pacing, visual rhythm, and storytelling
• Experience working with type, transitions, and branded content
• An eye for design and attention to detail
• A desire to grow into 3D, animation, and new production technologies
• Well-organized and technically structured — able to keep files, timelines, and project folders tidy and easy for the entire production process

Additional expertise (not mandatory)

• Experience with 3D tools (Blender, Cinema 4D)
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools (Runway, Sora, etc.)
• Some sound design or music sync experience
• Knowledge of versioning, localization, or delivery workflows
