This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the growth of a network of independent garden centres and pet retailers across German‑speaking regions. We support over 700 partners as a group and franchise provider across areas such as brand, IT, marketing, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as key user of brand websites in the garden sector, acting as the central communication interface between brand, sales, external software providers, and system partners.
• Advise system partners during the implementation of new websites, shop systems, and modules.
• Oversee the launch of new partner websites from briefing through live deployment, including quality assurance and training of system partners.
• Provide first‑level support and serve as the primary contact for analysing and resolving support inquiries, including complaint management.
• Create requirement profiles for implementing new modules in cloud systems, collaborating with interface owners.
• Continuously improve the user experience in collaboration with external service providers and interfaces.
• Develop marketing measures in cooperation with brands to further develop cloud systems.
• Execute on‑page marketing measures for system partners and support the technical set‑up/configuration of payment service providers in webshop systems.
• Manage e‑mail marketing and create digital newsletters.

Qualifications

• University degree in business, marketing, e‑commerce or a comparable qualification.
• Strong IT knowledge and IT affinity.
• Partner‑orientated mindset with excellent communication, flexibility, and teamwork skills.
• Interest in continuously optimising platforms and channels to meet changing customer and market needs.
• Intellect for digital trends and innovations.
• Preferably experience in agile project management.
