This role offers the opportunity to lead product strategy and growth initiatives for a fast-moving digital financial services environment. As Director of Product, Growth, you will drive experimentation, optimize customer acquisition funnels, and expand engagement across existing and new product offerings. You will partner closely with engineering, marketing, and data teams to ensure scalable, measurable impact. This position combines strategic vision with hands-on leadership, managing a team of Product Managers while directly influencing product direction. It is ideal for someone passionate about fintech innovation, data-driven decision-making, and delivering exceptional experiences for consumers managing their financial futures.

Accountabilities

• Lead experimentation and optimization of product funnels to maximize customer acquisition and engagement.
• Develop and execute product strategies to nurture prospective customers and cross-sell existing ones.
• Collaborate with engineering, data, and marketing teams to create a robust foundation for testing and personalization.
• Design APIs and embedded experiences that drive growth through partner networks.
• Manage and mentor a small team of Product Managers as a player/coach.
• Monitor key metrics and analyze A/B tests to guide data-informed product decisions.
• Ensure product initiatives align with company goals and enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements

• 7+ years launching and growing consumer digital lending or fintech products.
• 2+ years leading a team of Product Managers.
• Experience optimizing online customer acquisition funnels across multiple channels and products.
• Track record of driving engagement and monetization with existing customer bases.
• Data-driven mindset with expertise in A/B testing, testing roadmaps, and metrics analysis.
• Experience integrating marketing technology into product experiences to drive growth.
• Entrepreneurial, strategic thinker with strong attention to detail and executive presence.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or relevant field.
• Preferred: experience with advanced testing methodologies, embedded partner experiences, freemium product launches, and growth feature development from 0-1.
