Electro Engineer / Mechatronics Engineer (m/f/d) - Zittau, Germany

KÜSTERS Textile GmbH, Zittau, has a long-standing tradition in machine and plant engineering and has been part of Benninger AG, Uzwil (Switzerland), since 2007. We are a leading provider of machines, systems, and complete system solutions for textile wet finishing.

Responsibilities:

1. Create circuit diagrams and plan electrical and pneumatic systems for customer orders.
2. Use CAD system ePlan P8, including component database, for project planning.
3. Research electrical and pneumatic parts of systems and machines for spare parts inquiries.
4. Commission machines and units at the factory, including testing and settings.
5. Process electrical engineering inquiries from customers and service technicians.
6. Prepare quotations for electrical projects.

Your qualifications and skills:

• Degree in electrical engineering, electronics, automation technology, or mechatronics.
• Or a technical degree specializing in mechatronics.
• Professional experience as a mechatronics technician is a plus.
• Experience in mechanical and plant engineering is desirable.
• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems (preferably SAP), CAD, and other user systems.
• Good written and spoken English skills.
• Independent, structured work approach.
• Strong technical understanding.
• Deadline and solution-oriented mindset.
• Reliable, team player, and good communicator.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
