Overview

Energy and Plant Electronics Technician (m/f/d) in Technical Support & Process Optimization at Turck in Halver, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. You will be part of an eight-person team and ensure our modern production equipment in electronics manufacturing runs reliably and efficiently as a dependable team player.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and repair faults on electrical and electronic systems
• Carry out regular inspections and preventive maintenance including documentation
• Support commissioning of new machines and systems
• Contribute to continuous improvement of production processes
• Identify weaknesses and implement technical optimizations
• Collaborate closely with production management, engineering and quality assurance to increase equipment availability and process stability
• Train and assist operating personnel with technical questions

Qualifications

• Completed training as Energy and Plant Electronics Technician (m/f/d) or equivalent qualification
• Experience in industrial electronics or automation technology
• Knowledge of PLC controls (e.g., Siemens S7, TIA Portal) and experience in process analysis and optimization advantageous
• Technical know-how, analytical thinking and a structured, solution-oriented work approach
• Teamwork and practical/manual skills
