Engineer (m/f/d) Vehicle Validation

Your tasks

• Preparation and implementation of verification and validation activities (V&V) on international test sites and test laboratories with a focus on complete vehicles and ADAS/autonomous driving
• Support for prototype approval processes and homologation tests
• Coordination of internal and external partners for test activities
• Responsibility for the creation of test specifications based on the Design Verification Plan (DVP)
• Creation and interpretation of test reports

Your profile

• Degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering or a related field
• Several years of experience as a system integration engineer (m/f/d) or test engineer (m/f/d) in the area of complete vehicle or ADAS validation at an OEM or Tier 1 supplier
• Understanding of common safety standards in the automotive industry (ISO 26262, ASPICE, etc.)
• Knowledge of software tools for requirements management/problem tracking (Preevision, Jira) and for debugging/diagnostics (CANape, CANoe)
• Safe vehicle control. Basic off-road driving licence available
• Business fluent in written and spoken English and German
• Motivated, independent way of working
• Optional qualifications: High voltage 2e qualification, driving licence class C1/C or D, Mobileye Safety Driver Qualification, experience with automotive measurement technology
