Role Overview

The DevOps Engineering Manager will lead the team responsible for the company’s core cloud infrastructure and developer-enabling services. You’ll guide the evolution of scalable, reliable, and secure systems that power internal engineering productivity and support millions of user interactions.

Key Responsibilities

Build, mentor, and lead a team of cloud infrastructure and SRE specialists, fostering a culture of reliability and scalability.
Define and execute the strategic vision for cloud infrastructure, focusing on automation, cost efficiency, and high availability.
Create infrastructure “golden paths” – patterns and frameworks that enable other teams to deploy and operate services autonomously.
Partner with product and engineering leadership to ensure infrastructure investments align with business goals.
Attract, retain, and develop top-tier engineering talent.

Qualifications

Proven experience managing DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering teams in fast-paced environments.
Deep technical expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern deployment patterns.
Hands‑on knowledge of infrastructure‑as‑code, containers (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD, and observability tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana).
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of translating infrastructure needs into strategic outcomes.
