Our engineering organization is growing quickly in several of our domains. We’re looking for Engineering Managers for several teams.

We seek Engineering Managers who embody the spirit of engineering excellence, leadership, and continuous operational improvement to grow and transform our organisation with us. Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Experience mentoring and guiding engineering teams in fast-moving environments.

Strategic Execution & Problem-Solving

• A clear vision for delivering high-quality, reliable software while managing dependencies effectively.
• The ability to translate complex ideas into practical, user-friendly solutions.
• Hands-on experience leading teams through change, encouraging adaptability, and strengthening shared ownership.

Technical Expertise

• A strong background in object-oriented system design and architecture, with a minimum of n years experience working as a software engineer.
• Experience with modern technologies such as Azure, C#, Node.js, React, or similar stacks.
• A passion for solving technical challenges with both creativity and precision.

Your Leadership Style

• Proactive and solution-driven – You take initiative, inspire confidence, and bring a steady, thoughtful approach to challenges.
