We are seeking you — an experienced Enterprise Architekt (m/w/d) — with comprehensive technical expertise for our team in Germany. In this central role you act as a crucial interface between technical and functional aspects of large transformation projects based on Microsoft cloud and third-party solutions.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Sales: Support our Sales and Pre-Sales teams in defining HSO value propositions. Demonstrate the value HSO can deliver with the Microsoft Cloud for selected industries. Engage Industry Leads, Project Managers and Black Belts in Sales projects.
• Technology Roadmap: Use your broad knowledge of Microsoft solutions like Azure, Dynamics 365 F&O, CE, Power Platform, Data, AI, etc., to present integrated, scalable solutions and define projects.
• Strategic Project Planning: Based on the business goals and requirements of our customers, make technological decisions, develop comprehensive system architectures, and derive work packages to plan and govern the project.
• Technical Implementation: In the design and implementation phases, support the project team in technical execution and develop strategies to ensure project success.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Part of the project governance for enterprise and platform projects. Build close relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including C-Level executives and technical project teams, together with the project managers.
• Continuing Education: Stay updated on new trends and solutions available within the Microsoft ecosystem or related third-party solutions, such as OpenAI, Machine Learning, CoPilot and how these can be used across the Dynamics 365 landscape.

Requirements

• A completed degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or a comparable professional qualification with relevant experience
• More than 5 years of hands-on software implementation experience, with at least 3 large enterprise projects or programs led
• Ability to engage and persuade at C-level, with strong knowledge of technologies, industries and processes
• Broad understanding of the Microsoft technology platform with deep knowledge of Microsoft Business Applications
• Active interest in developments in the Microsoft ecosystem on the Azure platform
• Very good verbal and written communication and presentation skills in German and English
• Comfort in a dynamic environment and ongoing ability to acquire new knowledge
• Willingness to travel
