Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Independent work on tax-related tasks, including tax filing, tax reporting, transfer pricing, permanent establishment issues, risk-based multilateral control (MLC) audits, and thin capitalization.
Compliance Review: Review financial records to ensure compliance with relevant legislation; inspect and cross-assess tax bases, tax procedures, property taxes, and other regulations.
Analysis: Conduct tax burden, risk, and financial analyses.
Tax Audits: Perform tax audits using direct and indirect tax calculation methods.
Authority Interaction: Interact with authorities such as customs, law enforcement, and tax agencies on tax matters.

Qualifications

Experience: Over five years of experience in corporate taxation; experience in the manufacturing sector is essential.
Tax Knowledge: Strong understanding of German and EU tax laws, regulations, and practices regarding Corporate Income Tax (CIT), Value Added Tax (VAT), Individual Income Tax (IIT), and Foreign Trade (customs).
