• Assist in the effective development, integration, implementation and simplification of new and existing guarantee schemes in the Bank and the subsequent reporting, monitoring and maintenance of the instruments;
• Support ESG Strategy of the bank with development of guarantee instruments for Green financing
• Develop various tools for securitization of the Bank's portfolio, including assistance with the creation of internal systems and reports;
• Assist in the coordination and exchange of experience with the European Financial Centers of UniCredit Group;
• Assist in maintaining contacts with international banks/financial institutions on EU funding programs (e.g. EIB, EIF, EBRD);
• Advise the business units in the Bank, as well as current and potential clients on European funds and financial instruments;
• Prepare and carry out analyses of the EU and national conditions in relation to the provision of financial services for projects supported by European funds, development programs and the Recovery Plan;
• Administration of State aid regimes for the bank portfolio, including definition of the appropriate regime for projects and instruments, calculation of De Minimis and State aid under guarantee instruments
• Regular presentations of the existing and upcoming instruments to the relationship managers/back office and its clients in relation to local programs and EU funds;
• Be responsible for sustainable relationship with other financial institution/partners of the bank. Identify and evaluate business opportunities for the Bank and its clients related to European funds, working closely with product and business units, as well as with the risk management unit; Active participation in business campaigns, including involvement in the design and monitoring process;
• University degree in Economics, European programs, ESG;
• Good knowledge of the EU (institutions, policy, financial support instruments) and willingness for further training;
• Experience in managing EU programs/projects, not less than 2 years is considered an advantage;
• Experience in the implementation of guaranteed schemes for additional collateralization of credit transactions;
• Experience in State aid administration (project and portfolio level)
• Fluency in English.
