Job Description

We are seeking a European Logistics Operation Director to develop a medium- and long-term logistics development strategy for the European region, encompassing the entire chain of cross-border logistics, local warehousing, and door-to-door delivery.

• Logistics Strategic Planning and System Development
• Daily Operations Management and Efficiency Optimization
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration and Customer Experience Enhancement
• Supplier and Team Management
• Identify potential risks in European logistics operations and develop contingency plans

Requirements

• Over 10 years of logistics operations experience, including at least 5 years in cross-border logistics or local European logistics management experience
• Proficient in the entire China-Europe cross-border logistics chain and familiar with local European warehousing and distribution networks
• In-depth understanding of European logistics laws and regulations
• English is a working language, with fluent English communication and business negotiation skills
• Possess excellent strategic planning, overall coordination, and problem-solving skills
