Job Description

As a Field Service Engineer , you will be responsible for the professional installation, maintenance, and customer education regarding Philips Healthcare equipment, with a focus on hospital patient monitoring systems . You will primarily operate in East and South Denmark , ensuring customer satisfaction and optimal system performance at hospital sites, with occasional travel throughout Denmark and to neighboring Nordic countries.

Your Role:

• Execute service activities, including regular preventative maintenance, emergency service, fault finding, upgrades, and installations in accordance with Philips' quality standards.
• Ensure the completeness and accuracy of service records, paying particular attention to test and inspection results.
• Submit service data, job sheets, field problem reports, and other administrative tasks accurately and promptly.
• Serve as a liaison between Philips and customers, addressing administrative and technical matters.
• Report customer feedback and ensure timely follow-up on assigned quality and regulatory training.
• Utilize appropriate measurement equipment (electronic and analogue) within a calibration-controlled cycle.
• Identify business opportunities that contribute to customer satisfaction and positive margin contribution.

You're the Right Fit If You Have the Following:

• Relevant educational background in medical/electrical engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant field service experience, preferably within a hospital environment.
• Strong skills in identifying and maintaining customer relationships and related contacts.
• Independent and service-minded with a logical and methodical approach to problem-solving.
• Structured, organized mindset with a high level of personal integrity and self-discipline.
• Profound IT skills are a merit.
• Fluent in both English and Danish .
• Valid driving license B category and willingness to travel.
