Your Tasks

Lead and develop a team of 4 accounting professionals
Oversee all financial accounting processes: Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Fixed Assets, General Ledger
Treasury, VAT/taxes, and statutory reporting
Manage the financial aspects of payroll processes
Ensure timely and accurate Month-, Quarter-, and Year-End closings (US GAAP & HGB)
Coordinate statutory fiscal year-end closing
Manage internal and external Audits
Act as a business partner to senior management in Germany, Israel, and the US
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
Drive process optimization and implement new financial procedures
Support cross-functional projects and act as key contact for tax consultants and auditors

Minimum Qualifications

6+ years of finance experience in an international environment (semiconductor industry a plus)
3+ years of managerial experience in finance teams
University degree in Finance, Tax, Auditing, or related field
Strong interpersonal and prioritization skills with a commitment to deadlines
Shown leadership and team collaboration abilities
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Process improvement mentality and multitasking capability
Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
Proactive, flexible, and highly motivated
Proficient in SAP and MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
