It enables individuals to launch and support campaigns, petitions, and advocacy efforts, often aimed at influencing decision-makers and driving policy change. What You’ll Do

Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications across frontend and backend.

Work with cloud infrastructure, multiple storage engines, and modern DevOps practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, Docker-based environments, and version control workflows.

Take ownership of features from concept to production, ensuring quality and performance.

Integrate and maintain payment systems (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).

Build and optimize messaging API integrations (e.g., Twilio, Bird, WhatsApp).

What We’re Looking For

10+ years of professional software engineering experience with a proven track record in shipping real-world products.

Strong fundamentals in computer science, system design, and problem-solving.

Hands-on experience with Python, React, and modern full-stack development.

Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and various storage engines.

Proficiency with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git).

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices.

Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English (remote collaboration experience preferred).

Nice to Have

Experience integrating payment systems

Experience with messaging APIs
