Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Editor with a deep understanding of gambling, an eye for detail, and a passion for delivering clear, trustworthy content that meets both user intent and business goals.

As the Gambling Editor, you’ll lead the creation and execution of high-quality informational content across esports betting, sports betting, and casino verticals. This editorial role focuses on producing evergreen content, including how-to guides, strategy explainers, educational pieces, and gambling features.

Responsibilities

• Commission, brief, and edit gambling content.
• Complete ad hoc writing and updating tasks as needed to support the success of our projects.
• Identify content opportunities and optimize performance.
• Recruit and manage a network of freelance writers and subject matter experts.
• Ensure all content is accurate, engaging, well-researched, and compliant with gambling regulations.
• Stay up to date with industry news, legislation, and emerging trends in online gambling and betting.

Qualifications

• Must be based in a European time zone (GMT - GMT +4).
• Proven experience editing and commissioning content in the online gambling space.
• Strong understanding of casino, sports betting, and/or esports betting markets.
• Excellent editorial judgment with the ability to shape, refine, and elevate content.
• Deep familiarity with SEO best practices and how they apply to editorial content.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines and writers at once.
• Ability to give clear, actionable feedback to writers and freelancers.
• Knowledge of gambling regulations and responsible gaming principles.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, digital publishing environment.
