What You’ll Do

Your role combines two components:

• Customer Support Agent (70% of your time): respond to customer questions and complaints via email or live chat (no phone calls).
• Content Moderator (30% of your time): review content across various marketplaces/apps, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and country-specific laws, contributing to a secure online space.

What We’re Looking For

• Proficiency in German (spoken and written).
• Good communication skills in English (minimum B2).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to make quick decisions.
• Comfortable with technology and online platforms.
• Flexible and motivated to learn; no prior experience required, full training provided.

Salary & Contract

• Basic Salary: 1650 gross per month (1400 net).
• Quarterly government support: 130.
• Performance Bonus: Up to 200 twice per year (after 6 months, in February and August).
• Contract Type: Permanent (indefinite).
• Schedule: Rotational shifts, 5 days per week with 2 days off.
