Global Marketing Director (German speaking)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a global marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and growth.
• Lead integrated campaigns across digital, print, and social media.
• Shape and maintain a strong brand identity aligned with ethical and sustainable values.
• Build and manage a cross-functional marketing team.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maximise marketing effectiveness.

Ideal Profile:

• 8+ years’ marketing experience, including 3+ years in leadership roles.
• Proven success in global campaign development, ideally in FMCG or beverage.
• Strong digital marketing and e-commerce expertise.
• Passion for sustainability and socially responsible business.
• Fluent in German and English.
