Global Security Engineer (Remote - India)

Accountabilities

• Contribute to the Security Engineering Roadmap to advance enterprise-wide technical security solutions.
• Collaborate with platform and application owners to review, approve, and develop security best practices and standards.
• Partner with leadership to establish and meet functional security goals and objectives.
• Support global security initiatives including investigations, risk assessments, and new project implementations.
• Manage approval processes for internal and external client security requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in Technology or Cybersecurity within a global environment.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in a second language is an advantage.
• Knowledge of network technologies, architecture, and security principles.
• Experience working in an ITIL environment.
• Strong project management skills to lead and execute security initiatives.
• Proven ability to drive security discussions grounded in data and factual analysis.
• Experience as a security change agent within complex global settings.
• Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISM, CEH.
• Prior experience in call center environments is a plus due to the specialized security context.
