Job Purpose
We are seeking multiple highly motivated and well-connected Government Relations Manager to lead our strategic engagement with government entities, regulatory bodies, and non-profit organizations. This role is essential in enhancing our brand reputation, supporting our infrastructure development efforts, and positioning our organization as a trusted player in the financial and digital asset ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities
• Build and Maintain Strategic Relationships Establish and manage long-term partnerships with national and local government agencies, industry associations, non-profit organizations, and regulatory bodies.
• Promote Brand Awareness & Trust Enhance the company’s public image and credibility by actively representing the company in dialogues with key institutional stakeholders and policy forums.
• Support Infrastructure Development Facilitate regulatory alignment and support the company’s initiatives in setting up operational infrastructure through positive engagement with government and public-sector institutions.
• Reputation Management Strengthen the company’s standing among traditional financial institutions, trade associations, and local communities by promoting responsible innovation and proactive compliance.
• Policy & Regulatory Insights Provide internal teams with actionable insights on evolving regulatory landscapes, legislative trends, and government priorities that may impact business operations.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting Organize high-level meetings, briefings, and public-private dialogues. Maintain detailed records and ensure transparent reporting on stakeholder interactions and progress.


Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Public Policy, International Relations, Law, Business, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in government affairs, public sector engagement, regulatory affairs, or institutional partnerships.
• Strong network and proven relationship-building skills within government bodies, financial regulators, or public institutions in Europe, Germany, Italy or France.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and cultural awareness.
• Experience in fintech, payments, blockchain, or digital assets industry is a strong plus.


Preferred Attributes
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks across financial, banking, and digital sectors.
• Ability to navigate complex political and regulatory environments.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Multilingual capabilities are a plus, especially in countries where the role will be based.
