About the Role
Are you a recent graduate or early-career developer eager to kickstart your tech career in Business Process Management (BPM)? We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals with a passion for technology and problem-solving to join us as Junior Appian Developers.

In this role, you will be trained and supported to develop enterprise BPM applications using Appian, one of the leading low-code automation platforms in the industry. You'll work alongside experienced developers, business analysts, and solution architects to deliver modern, scalable workflow solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Learn to design, develop, and support BPM applications using the Appian platform.
• Assist in building integrations with databases (SQL Server, MySQL) and web services (REST/SOAP).
• Get hands-on with Appian features like Records, Sites, UX design, and security configuration.
• Participate in team discussions and collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes.
• Work in Agile environments using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Git.
• Develop your skills in workflow automation, application development, and system integration.

What We’re Looking For

• A recent graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of basic programming concepts (e.g., Java, Python, or JavaScript).
• Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Eagerness to learn Appian development and build a career in low-code platforms.

Nice to Have (Not Mandatory):

• Exposure to BPM concepts or workflow automation tools (Appian, Pega, etc.).
• Any internship or academic project experience in software/application development.
• Knowledge of web services (REST/SOAP) or basic cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
