    This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of Inizio Engage. We are currently looking for a Growth Enablement and Launch Specialist in United States.

    This role offers a dynamic opportunity to support client solutions by driving both opportunity development and the successful launch of new engagements. You will collaborate across functional teams to draft proposals, manage client interactions, and oversee project implementation from start to finish. The position requires balancing strategic thinking with operational execution, ensuring proposals are accurate, timely, and aligned with client needs. Working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, you will help deliver exceptional client experiences while strengthening internal processes and maintaining high-quality operational standards. This is ideal for professionals who thrive at the intersection of project management, client engagement, and business development.

    Accountabilities

    • Lead the development of proposals, draft initial RFP responses, and coordinate input from subject matter experts to ensure completeness and accuracy.
    • Maintain proposal repositories and collect necessary cost, scheduling, and functional elements for specialty areas.
    • Actively participate in client-facing fact-finding sessions and capture actionable insights for opportunity development.
    • Support operations leads in new program implementation, developing project plans and monitoring milestones to ensure delivery within scope, time, and budget.
    • Serve as liaison between clients, operations, and internal teams to ensure seamless transition post-implementation.
    • Identify performance improvement opportunities, support strategic planning, and implement process enhancements across engagements.

    Requirements

    • 5+ years of direct project management experience in a professional environment; PMP certification preferred.
    • Deep knowledge of the life sciences industry and/or relevant specialty areas.
    • Proficient in project management software, tools, and techniques; strong understanding of risk, cost, time, and resource management.
    • Excellent written communication, presentation, and storytelling skills; ability to create professional sales materials.
    • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and analytical problem-solving skills.
    • Highly collaborative, adaptable, and proactive in driving results.
    • Exceptional planning, organizing, and leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams.
