This role offers a rare opportunity to work across multiple domains of growth, combining product management, marketing strategy, data analysis, and performance marketing. As a Growth Generalist, you will tackle complex problems, transform data into insights, and experiment with innovative growth hacks that drive measurable results. The position allows you to wear different hats—strategist, analyst, and marketer—while contributing to high-impact projects on a global scale. Accountabilities

• Act as a product manager by defining user flows, planning landing pages, analyzing metric drops, conducting root cause analyses, and managing stakeholders.
• Contribute as a marketing strategist by designing conversion-driven content funnels and collaborating with creative teams.
• Manage performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms, while continuously optimizing for results.
• Drive growth strategy by identifying unconventional opportunities to hack growth, leveraging email marketing, community platforms, and more.
• Analyze marketing metrics, create dashboards and reports, and uncover actionable insights to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams while maintaining independence and accountability in achieving outcomes.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and mathematical skills with a passion for decoding user journeys and performance metrics.
• Engineering background, preferably from a Tier-1 institution, with around 1 year of experience in consulting, analytics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and the use of growth/marketing tools.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with a first-principles approach to breaking down complex challenges.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Independent, proactive, and accountable, with the ability to thrive in a remote-first environment with minimal supervision.
