suena energy is a green tech startup specializing in algorithmic energy trading for energy storage systems and renewable energies.

Our vision: a world where clean energy is used reliably, economically, and intelligently. With our AI-based optimization and trading software, we maximize the revenues of operators of large-scale energy storage and renewable assets on short-term electricity and balancing markets – while simultaneously minimizing their risks.

The team is waiting for you: You’ll be joining a close-knit and dynamic Marketing & Communications team:

Pia (our Marketing & Comms Circle Lead, focused on strategy and thought leadership)

Amelie (Junior Marketing & Communications Manager, specializing in PR and content)

and Merle (Working Student, supporting us with branding expertise)

As part of our commercialization strategy, this is a newly created role with plenty of room to shape processes and drive impact. We’re currently working together to define the marketing budget and key KPIs – we know how important clarity and resources are for your success, and you’ll be actively involved in setting these foundations from day one.

Your mission

• Take full ownership of HubSpot marketing automation : set up and optimize journeys, segmentation, and lead nurturing.
• Design, execute, and analyze multi-channel campaigns (content, paid, newsletters) to drive reach, conversion, and lead quality.
• Bring data to life: track KPIs, generate actionable insights, and empower Sales & Marketing to refine content and understand target audiences.
• Manage paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, etc.) and implement newsletter campaigns, including A/B testing and performance analysis.
• Support SEO audits and event marketing, ensuring visibility and engagement across all relevant channels.

Your profile

• You bring 1–3 years of experience in growth or performance marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or tech, with a track record of delivering successful campaigns and measurable outcomes.
• Hands‑on expertise with HubSpot Marketing Hub (or similar CRM/automation tools).
• Proven skills in campaign management, marketing automation, paid media and SEO.
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable with KPIs, dashboards, and conversion funnels.
• Your way of working is creative, well‑organized, and proactive – whether you’re driving campaigns or working with colleagues.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Experience in the energy industry is a plus, but your curiosity and growth mindset matter most.
