This leadership role offers the opportunity to define and execute the vision for a suite of core digital products that empower creators to build and grow their businesses. The Head of Core Product will lead a high-performing team, partnering closely with engineering, design, and marketing to drive innovation, adoption, and continuous improvement across the platform. This role requires a balance of strategic vision, operational execution, and customer insight, ensuring products meet evolving market demands. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in product leadership, a passion for emerging technologies, and the ability to inspire teams and cross-functional stakeholders toward ambitious goals. You will serve as a market advocate, driving adoption and maintaining a leading position in the creator economy.

Accountabilities

• Lead and mentor a team of product managers, program managers, and data scientists to deliver impactful products.
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for core products, balancing improvements to existing capabilities with innovative new offerings.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and successful product launches.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends in the creator economy to inform strategy and roadmap decisions.
• Engage with customers and industry leaders to gather insights, validate product decisions, and advocate for the customer’s voice internally.
• Identify opportunities for partnerships or integrations to expand product capabilities and market reach.
• Represent products at industry events, webinars, and other forums to promote thought leadership and build external networks.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Proven track record of building and leading product teams that deliver large-scale digital products.
• Experience driving multi-product adoption across diverse customer bases.
• Strong quantitative skills and experience translating priorities into measurable goals and outcomes.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and customer success teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfort engaging with customers and industry leaders to gather insights and drive product innovation.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI-driven systems, conversational UX, or other innovative interaction models.
• Passion for understanding market trends and applying insights to product strategy.
