    This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of Pigment. We are currently looking for a Head of Corporate Sales, West in United States.

    As the Head of Corporate Sales for the Western region, you will lead the strategy and execution of corporate account acquisition, driving revenue growth and market expansion. You will manage and mentor a high-performing sales team, aligning regional goals with overall business objectives while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. This role requires both strategic vision and hands-on involvement in complex sales cycles, as well as close collaboration with marketing, RevOps, product, and customer experience teams to ensure consistent, scalable, and measurable sales success.

    Accountabilities:

    • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Corporate Account Executives to consistently exceed sales targets.
    • Define, communicate, and monitor regional sales objectives, metrics, and performance dashboards.
    • Drive strategic sales initiatives and high-value deal cycles, managing critical transactions end-to-end.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align go-to-market plans, execute campaigns, and optimize sales processes.
    • Foster a positive, high-performance team culture built on trust, learning, and collaboration.
    • Implement and refine processes, tools, and activities to support pipeline growth and forecast accuracy.
    • Build and maintain relationships with executive stakeholders to effectively position solutions and close deals.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
    • 8+ years of experience in sales within hypergrowth SaaS startups, particularly in finance, supply chain, business planning, BI, or data analytics solutions.
    • 3+ years of experience managing and developing sales teams with demonstrated performance improvements.
    • Strong track record in managing complex deal cycles (4–6 months) with enterprise contract values typically over $150K.
    • Exceptional communication and executive engagement skills, able to influence C-suite stakeholders.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to define plans, work autonomously, and execute hands-on when required.
    • Comfortable analyzing sales metrics, pipeline management, and delivering actionable insights.
    • Passion for creating scalable processes and solutions that simplify complex sales challenges.
