Your Responsibilities

As Head of Printing Operations , you will be responsible for monitoring and optimizing our production processes and driving continuous improvement across the department. Your key tasks will include:

• Leading and developing the "Printing Operations Team"
• Planning and optimizing machine utilization
• Coordinating and managing maintenance and service schedules
• Assessing the technical feasibility of new projects
• Researching and evaluating new production technologies
• Managing the supply chain for printing materials
• Leading customer‑related project execution
• Representing the company to customers and suppliers

Your Profile

• You have a strong technical background and a successfully completed technical degree with at least 5 years of professional experience
• You are experienced in leading technical teams – min 3 years
• You have several years of experience in project management, in a technical or industrial environment
• If you have technical knowledge in printing technologies or electronics, it would be an advantage
• You have a reliable, structured, and solution‑oriented working style
• You are a team player with very good communication skills
• Your language skills in German and English are excellent
