Your tasks

AsHead of Public Affairs , you are responsible for positioning HOLON strategically within the political and regulatory landscape. You build and maintain strong relationships with key institutions and decision-makers, develop a comprehensive public affairs strategy, and ensure that HOLON is recognized as a relevant partner in national and international networks. Your tasks include:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with relevant institutions at federal and state level, particularly ministries, authorities, and industry associations in the field of mobility and public transport
• Initiate and coordinate HOLON’s lobbying activities and strategic public relations
• Position HOLON as a reference partner in national and international competition clusters and forums
• Monitor and assess regulatory developments at federal, state, and EU level in the area of mobility and public transport
• Develop and implement a comprehensive public affairs strategy aligned with HOLON’s business objectives
• Represent HOLON in political committees, institutions, and media
• Develop a holistic funding strategy at EU, federal, and state level
• Identify relevant funding programs and coordinate application processes in close cooperation with internal stakeholders
• Train executives and key personnel in strategic public relations and political communication
• Advise top management on political developments and strategic positioning

Your profile

• Several years of experience in a senior public affairs role, ideally within the mobility sector
• Proven expertise in lobbying and dealing with political decision-making processes at federal and state level
• Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken
• Solid understanding of public transport, new mobility concepts, and regulatory frameworks
• Established networks and access to relevant institutions, ministries, and associations in the field of public transport and mobility
• Strategic mindset, strong initiative, and a high degree of political acumen
