Aufgaben

• Als HSE Manager*in beraten und unterstützen Sie die lokalen Managementteams gemäß Corporate Vorgaben und Standards und stehen als zentrale Ansprechperson zu allen HSE betreffenden Themen zur Verfügung.
• Sie stellen sicher, dass alle in ihrem Verantwortungsbereich HSE betreffenden Akkreditierungen aufrechterhalten werden.
• Sie verantworten die operative Umsetzung des lokalen HSE-Managements, analysieren die relevanten (gesetzlichen) Anforderungen (u.a. ISO 14001 / ISO 45001) und sorgen für deren Einhaltung.
• Sie entwickeln und erhalten ein Risiko- und ein Rechtsregister in Deutschland im Zuständigkeitsbereich.
• In regelmäßigen Abständen besuchen Sie Ihre zugewiesenen Standorte/ Räumlichkeiten (national), um Inspektionen durchzuführen und, wo erforderlich, an der Untersuchung von Vorfällen teilzunehmen.
• Sie führen und verfolgen Audits, Inspektionen oder in HSE-Meetings festgesetzten Maßnahmen durch.
  

Profil

• Ausbildung zur Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (Sicherheitsmeister, Sicherheitstechniker oder Sicherheitsingenieur) und/oder Studium in Gesundheits-, Arbeits- und Umweltschutz oder einer ähnlichen Fachrichtung
• Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich HSE sowie gute Kenntnisse der Gesetze und Vorschriften (u.a. ISO-14001 / ISO 45001-Normen)
• Präsentationsgeschick und Kommunikationsstärke
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
• Bereitschaft, nach den Anforderungen des Unternehmens zu reisen (national)
