Job Title: BA & Test Lead - HiredScore


Location: Remote for European Union


Duration: 6 Months (Extendable)

Roles & Responsibilities:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented IT Business Analyst & Test Lead to support the implementation of HiredScore, an AI-driven candidate screening and matching solution, fully embedded in Workday. This role will bridge business process design with IT feasibility, ensuring successful delivery of the solution within the defined timeline and quality standards


Key Responsibilities:
Business Analysis & Coordination
• Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to refine and validate business requirements for HiredScore integration into Workday business processes.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications, ensuring alignment with existing HR-IT architecture and governance models.
• Coordinate with external vendors (e.g., HiNext, Workday) to ensure timely delivery of deliverables and compliance with agreed standards and templates.


Testing & Quality Assurance
• Define and execute the end-to-end testing strategy for HiredScore, including test planning, scenario creation, data preparation, execution, and defect management.
• Ensure traceability between requirements and test cases, and validate that all business-critical functionalities are thoroughly tested.
• Coordinate with internal and external test teams to manage test cycles and sign-offs.


Mandatory Skills:
• Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst and/or Test Lead in HR technology projects, ideally involving Workday and AI-based tools.
• Strong understanding of HR business processes, especially Talent Acquisition and Candidate Screening.
• Experience with integration design, data mapping, and vendor coordination.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English.


Good to Have Skills:
• Prior experience with HiredScore or similar AI-based recruitment solutions.
• Knowledge of Workday platform and its integration with other solutions.
• Experience working in a global matrix organisation.
