We are seeking an Implementation Specialist to guide customers through the design, development, and launch of their websites, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience from post-sale to go-live. This role combines project management, customer success, and technical know-how to deliver high-quality websites while collaborating closely with internal teams. The ideal candidate is organized, people-oriented, and passionate about web design and development, thriving in a fast-paced, client-facing environment with opportunities to learn and grow. You’ll be part of a collaborative team of designers, developers, and creative professionals, working on innovative solutions across multiple industry verticals.

Accountabilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers during the website design and implementation process.
• Communicate project requirements, timelines, and expectations, ensuring clients stay on track for go-live dates.
• Develop specifications for website design and content based on customer needs and coordinate with development teams to deliver quality results.
• Perform small updates to websites and coordinate larger updates with builders and designers.
• Assist customers with domain setup, transfers, and DNS record management to ensure smooth website launches.
• Collaborate with internal teams across the organization to achieve project goals and resolve any implementation challenges.
• Maintain documentation and provide guidance on website standards, best practices, and analytics.

Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with website analytics tools.
• Basic understanding of website trends, design principles, and best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in web design, web development, graphic design, or project management.
• Preferred skills include knowledge of domains/DNS, HTML, CMS platforms, SEO best practices, and basic project management or web design experience.
