    The In-Store Product Manager is a highly customer-facing role responsible for driving the strategy, execution, and success of in-store product solutions. This position bridges product strategy, go-to-market planning, and direct client engagement, working closely with external partners, top retailers, and internal cross-functional teams. You will define product positioning, pricing, and GTM strategies, enable sales and partner teams, and lead flagship programs with key accounts. The role offers a dynamic, remote-first environment with significant travel, opportunities to influence product direction, and the chance to shape long-term customer relationships while delivering measurable business impact.

    Accountabilities:

    • Develop and refine in-store product pricing, packaging, and positioning strategies to maximize adoption and revenue.
    • Design, execute, and optimize go-to-market (GTM) plans, collaborating with marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
    • Build deep relationships with customers and partners through regular engagement, business reviews, and industry events.
    • Lead and manage flagship programs with strategic retailers, ensuring successful execution and measurable results.
    • Create and deliver sales enablement tools, training, and collateral for internal and partner teams.
    • Gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to continuously refine product value propositions and messaging.
    • Serve as the primary external point of contact for key programs and initiatives.

    Requirements

    • 5–10 years of experience in product management or product marketing, preferably in SaaS or retail technology.
    • Proven track record in external-facing roles with direct client and partner engagement.
    • Demonstrated ability to define and execute GTM strategies.
    • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Economics, or related field.
    • Nice to have: experience with in-store retail technology, trade promotions, shopper marketing, or working with major retailers (e.g., Target, Ahold, Walmart, Kroger).
