Job Responsibilities

• Unterstützung bei der Festlegung der strategischen Ausrichtung neuer und bestehender Werke im Verantwortungsbereich
• Beratung und Unterstützung bei der Technologieauswahl, Anlagenspezifikation, Anlagenbeschaffung sowie Anlagenabnahme
• Identifizierung und Einführung neuer Technologien und Prozesse (Industrie 4.0)
• Überwachung und Weiterentwicklung der für das Industrial Engineering relevanten Produktionskennzahlen
• Unterstützung der Produktionsprozesse im Hinblick auf Logistik, Produktionsmethoden und Qualitätsprozesse
• Erstellen von Lastenheften für beispielsweise Fördertechnik, Montagetechnik und Ladungsträger
• Abnahme und Freigabe aller Betriebsmittel entsprechend dem vorher abgestimmten Lastenheftes, etc.
• Anwendung von Simulationssoftware zur Werks-, Anlagen- und Behälterplanung
• Planung der Logistikabläufe zwischen Kunde und Magna Seating wie beispielsweise Vorlaufzeitdefinition, Zeithaushalt, Verpackung, Entwicklung/Definition Fördertechnik, Schnittstellen im Kundenwerk, JIT oder JIS Anlieferungen etc.
• Planung von Montageabläufen, Werkslayout, Arbeitsstationen und Materialfluss etc.
• Enge Abstimmung sowohl mit den Fachabteilungen der Kunden (Produktion, Fertigung, Logistik, Einkauf etc.) als auch mit den Fachabteilungen/Projektteams intern in der Seating und Lieferanten
• Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung des IT-Konzeptes (Kundenabrufe, Sequenzabrufe, Produktionssteuerung etc.)
• Mitwirkung bei der Lieferantenauswahl, Ausschreibung von Equipment und Projektteams
• Planung der innerbetrieblichen Prozessabläufe, Logistikkette zwischen Lieferanten und Seating-Werk, Verpackungsart und -größe für Kaufteile und der Lagertechnik/Puffertechnik für Kauf- und Fertigteile.
• Mitwirkung bei QVP Aktivitäten wie FMEA etc.
• Erstellen von Arbeitsanweisungen, Kontrollplänen, Prozessdokumentation etc.
• Mitwirkung/Initiierung/Durchführung von Prozessoptimierungen
• Durchführung und Koordination der Simulation von Produktionsprozessen, sowie logistischer Abläufe und deren Überprüfung (Audits)
• Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Investitionsplänen und Projektreviews
• Realisierungen der oben angeführten Planungen im In- und Ausland
• Planung und Durchführung von KVP-Workshops
• Werks Auditierung gemäß MAFACT-Standard
