Your role:

As our Inhouse Legal Specialist , you will directly support the Head of Legal at the USA and our German management in legals and business matters. Whether you are industry‑experienced Paralegal or a Junior Business Lawyer – we welcome your expertise. A law study degree is not strictly required. What counts is your professional experience in the legal world and your hands‑on approach.

You will coordinate legals workflows, reviews, internal policies, help manage contracts, ensure compliance, and organize legal documentation (incl NDAs). You will support contract tracing, filing, and signature processes. You conduct legal and factual research on corporate, regulatory and compliance matters. You liaise with internal stakeholders and external counsel on administrative and routine legal matters.

Who you are:

Bachelor’s degree in business legal studies, or apprenticeship as a paralegal
Min. 2 years of relevant experience as a junior business lawyer or
5-10 years of relevant experience as a paralegal, with at least 5 years specializing in contract law and corporate law in an in‑house or law firm setting
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
Very good knowledge of German and English language and grammar
