Your area of work
As an Intern (f/m/d) at the Clearing IT Project management and integration team, you will focus on the support of management and project content e.g. manage activities, dependencies, and issues, create presentations based on inputs from Project Manager, coordinate the readiness of the organization for the rollout of new features. You will have an insight of complex Clearing related IT – Software Projects. You will be part of our team, working together on various interesting and challenging project planning and project management tasks.


Your responsibilities:
• You will support follow-up on project plans and in tracking of issue-lists
• You will support with development and drafting information- and decision documents
• You will support the generation of simulation reporting
• You will help scheduling project meetings and providing meeting minutes
• You will support administrative and organizational tasks


Your profile:
• You are enrolled during the entire period of activity at a state-recognized university as a regular student or you already hold a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree that is not older than 6 months. Furthermore, we offer the possibility of an orientation internship, whereby you are currently in a gap-year after your bachelor's or master's degree - in this case, an enrolment is not required.
• Ideally, you have already gained first practical work experience via internships or part-time / student jobs
• You have excellent analytical skills, a structured work organization, and confident handling of numbers
• You are an organizational talent, and you have communication capabilities and team orientation with an independent work method, responsibility & ownership
• Moreover, you have very good experience with Power Point, Excel , SharePoint, Power Automate & Power BI
• In addition, you are fluent in written and spoken English – German knowledge is of advantage
