IT Administrators (m/f/d) full-time

Who we are searching for?

Together with you, we want to inspire our customers with our innovative PDMS solutions. You will use your know-how to support our support team in optimising the IT systems, networks and databases. Together with your colleagues in the support team, you are responsible for a stable IT infrastructure.

What you’ll do?

1. You are responsible for the installation, configuration and maintenance of our software.
2. You are responsible for the administration of IT networks.
3. You are jointly responsible for the implementation of customer projects.
4. You are the contact person for our customers with questions about our PDMS.
5. You carry out user training.

We are looking for these requirements:

1. You have completed an apprenticeship in the field of information technology for system integration (m/f/d) or a completed apprenticeship in the field of health care and nursing (m/f/d) with a special interest in IT in the medical environment.
2. You have experience, technical understanding and enjoy working with computers and the associated components.
3. A structured and solution-oriented way of working is a matter of course for you.
4. You have a perfect command of the German language and a good command of English.
