Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact between finance and IT for system and process related topics, especially SAP FI/CO, finance applications, access and role management.
• Analyze financial processes, develop functional concepts, and support end‑to‑end technical implementation.
• Coordinate change requests and lead or support initiatives and projects for system integration of finance processes, including regulatory requirements.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives (workflows, archiving, new technologies) and support training and qualification measures in finance.
• Develop collaboration and communication formats between IT and finance.

Required Qualifications

• Completed degree in economics, business informatics or comparable qualification.
• At least 3 years of experience in IT consulting, audit or finance with IT project focus.
• Strong knowledge of SAP FI/CO (ideally with training background).
• Excellent German and English, strong analytical skills and business understanding.
• Experience in project management and use of process tools.
• Knowledge of IFRS and HGB, ideally also Polish accounting.
• Experience with digital tools such as Fiori, workflow systems, invoice entry and archiving solutions.
• Proficient use of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
