To further enhance our operational excellence and strengthen our digital infrastructure, we are seeking a dedicated IT Specialist / ERP Consultant (m/f/d) with a focus on Odoo , who will be responsible for the implementation, customization, and optimization of our ERP system.

Responsibilities

Implement and configure Odoo ERP modules (Finance, Purchasing, Inventory, Sales, HR)
Analyze business processes and identify digital optimization opportunities
Develop interfaces between Odoo and existing internal systems
Provide technical support and conduct user training sessions
Create workflows, reporting tools , and automated procedures
Configure the Taxes and Tax reports
Collaborate closely with Accounting, Logistics , and Management
Contribute to the digitalization of the entire value chain

Profile

Degree or vocational training in Business Informatics, Computer Science, IT Management , or a related field
Experience with Odoo or other ERP systems is an advantage
Basic knowledge of Python and/or PostgreSQL is a plus
Strong analytical and process-oriented mindset
Excellent knowledge of the German Corporate Taxation
High interest in digital business processes and automation
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
Language skills: German at least B2, English fluent
