Job Description

• Betrieb und Pflege zentraler IT-Systeme
• Bearbeitung von Tickets im 2nd-Level-Support
• Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachabteilungen
• Durchführung von Routineaufgaben (z. B. Benutzerverwaltung, Systemmonitoring)
• Analyse und Behebung technischer Störungen
• Dokumentation gemäß interner IT-Standards
  

The Successful Applicant

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker*in (m/w/d) Systemintegration oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Erste Erfahrung in Windows-Servern, Active Directory, Backup, Netzwerk, Firewalls oder Virtualisierung
• Technisches Grundverständnis für IT-Infrastrukturen
• Teamfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
