About The Team

As a System Engineer for the Workplace Engineering team you will support, operate and extend our tools for Project & Task Management. You will evaluate and implement solutions in the applications provided by our team and support integrating services throughout our organization.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)


• Full stack administration of our Atlassian infrastructure (Jira and Confluence)
• Continuously monitor, maintain and optimize performance of our tools
• Work on the automation of processes and infrastructure
• Design, develop and test enhancements in alignment with internal business process requirements
• Triage and resolve complex support requests reported by users
• Create technical documentation and drive operational excellence in the team


WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF YOU HAVE


• At least 4 years of recent industry experience as an expert in the Atlassian ecosystem (Jira, Confluence)
• A strong sense of ownership, analytical thinking, excellent communication skills (fluent in written & spoken English is a must) and willingness to share knowledge within and outside the team
• Hands-on experiencein working with MySQL / PostgreSQL databases
• Knowledge in Linux OS server environment


Nice to have


• Good understanding of programming (Python, Java / Groovy)
• Experience integrating solutions via API
