Your role
- Build Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of 20‑40 clients, primarily in the DACH region.
- Drive Success: Lead the onboarding process for new clients and champion long‑term product adoption.
- Grow Your Expertise: Become a go‑to technical expert on the revel8 platform, leveraging deep knowledge to guide customers.
- Empower Customers: Advise customers on how to leverage our platform to achieve security goals and drive meaningful results.
- Identify Opportunities: Monitor usage and engagement to find upsell or expansion opportunities.
- Shape Strategy: Collaborate with the CS team to develop and refine a scalable Customer Success playbook.
Your profile
- Initial experience in a client‑facing role such as Customer Success or Account Management within a B2B SaaS company.
- Fascination with AI and the world of cybersecurity awareness.
- Strong technical aptitude and curiosity for learning products in depth to help others succeed.
- Tech‑savvy, self‑driven individual who enjoys solving challenges and finding practical solutions for clients.
- Thrives in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment with autonomy and ownership.
- Courageous collaborator who asks questions, experiments with new ideas, and advocates for customer needs.
- Fluent in German & English: confident communication with team, clients, and stakeholders.
