Location

This position is office-based (hybrid) in Munich, Dublin, or Berlin.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional support via email, phone, and chat, ensuring timely and empathetic responses.
• Develop product expertise and stay updated with platform changes.
• Collaborate with Product and Tech Support teams to troubleshoot issues and develop solutions.
• Maintain and improve internal knowledge bases.
• Contribute ideas to improve internal processes.
• Utilize tools like Zendesk, Fullview, Mailjet, and AskAi to deliver support.
• Monitor performance metrics such as ticket resolution, CSAT, and quality standards.
• Identify opportunities to educate customers about features and add-ons.

Requirements

• University degree in economics or IT-related fields; internship experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English and German.
• Customer-first mindset and passion for helping others.
• Strong technical understanding and curiosity.
• Adaptability to fast-changing environments.
• Team-oriented and collaborative attitude.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Experience with support platforms like Zendesk is advantageous.
• Motivation to grow in a dynamic tech environment.
