YOUR ROLE

YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE CONCEPTION AND PROVISIONING OF ANALYTICAL USE CASES AND SOLUTIONS.
As the go-to consultant for stakeholders across various business areas, IT, and development teams, you will guide the creation of analytical use cases by collecting and consolidating business needs to design analytics solutions. Ensuring alignment with data governance standards, you will work closely with development teams, overseeing and participating in the implementation of these solutions while keeping everything documented and organized.

• Analytical Pro: You know your way around Machine Learning and Predictive Analytics.
• Great Communicator: You can explain technical stuff in simple terms, both in writing and speaking.
• Data Wizard: Hands‑on experience in data prep, data modeling, and SQL.
• Juggling Master: You can manage multiple tasks at once without breaking a sweat.
• A Knack for Consulting: You might not have been a consultant, but you think like one. You've dabbled in stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, and process modeling.
• AI Enthusiast: You don't just follow AI trends, you're already trying them out. You enjoy showing colleagues how to use AI to level up their work? Awesome!
• Marathon Mindset: Some projects are a sprint, others are a marathon. You have the resilience and persistence to stay focused on long‑term goals, even when navigating detailed governance processes and data privacy requirements.

IT’S ALSO NICE TO HAVE:

• Python Guru: Fluent in Python for data analysis and modeling.
• DWH/BI Architecture: Understanding of Data Warehouse/Business Intelligence architecture, e.g. Snowflake, Kafka
• BI Tools: Know your way around Tableau, Power BI, or SAS

FURTHER REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE:

• Travel Ready: Willing to travel across Germany when needed
• Team Player: Comfortable working with remote teamsLanguage Skills: Fluent in German (B2 or higher) and good at English
